This was for my senior-year 3-dimensional design class. We were instructed to create a sculpture exploring a certain medium(plaster and vermiculite). I made mine into a working lamp with a rounded wood base. Plaster & vermiculite and Oak. ~22″ tall

Sculpture project for my senior-year 3-dimensional design class. Goal was to produce a piece that was interesting to the eye from any angle. Hence: “in the round” Brown clay with patina bronze surface treatment. ~8″ tall
